Live Scan Fingerprinting
$30 + gov fees + Additional fees may also be require.
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

Government fees are required for the State (DOJ) and Federal (FBI) level criminal history record checks. Additional fees may also be required (e.g., license or certification fees).

Locations identified by BNR (Billing Number Required) provide live scan services only to applicants with agency billing numbers identified on their Live Scan forms. These sites may collect rolling fees only they do not collect any other fees.

Rolling fees vary from location to location and cover only the operator's cost for rolling the fingerprint images.

Applicants must present valid photo identification to the Live Scan Operator. Expired identification cards will not be accepted.

you will need to have a copy of 3 the Request for Live Scan Form, service providers in California cannot submit your Live Scan transaction without this form. We would highly recommend that you contact your employer or requesting agency to get the correct form to avoid any errors or delays.

Notary Services
$15 per signature + Additional

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
Be prepared to sign your documents with your notary:

Bring a valid, government issued photo ID with you when you visit for notary services.

Be sure to bring all of the documents that need to be notarized with you.

Be sure the documents are complete and ready for signature. If you need legal advice, please consult an attorney. The notary public is prohibited from helping you to prepare, complete, or understand legal documents.

Some documents may require signature witnesses in addition to notarization. Contact us prior to your visit to determine if it can provide additional signature witness.
